1. Who can buy
You must be at least 18 years old, or otherwise able to enter a contract under Indian law.
2. Prices and currency
Product prices are set in Indian Rupees. You may view them in another currency from the header. That conversion is approximate and is only for browsing, through the product page. The cart and checkout always show the amount payable in INR. International duties, if any, are extra and are described in the shipping policy.
3. Ring size
If you order a ring, you must choose the correct size. Use our ring size guide or a steel sizer at a jeweller. A paper strip often reads large. For a gemstone ring, the stone should rest against the skin, so the fit should be confirmed before you order. Custom or mounted jewellery made to the size you submit is not eligible for return. See the refund policy.
4. Gemstone guidance
Suggestions based on traditional gemstone or astrological practice are not medical, legal, or financial advice. You buy at your own discretion. We do not promise a particular result from wearing a gemstone.
5. Orders, shipping, and returns
An order is an offer to buy. We may decline an order, for example if a stone is no longer available. Delivery times, charges, and international duties are in the shipping policy. Returns and replacements follow the refund policy. Loose gemstones may qualify; custom or mounted jewellery does not. Our liability for a product is limited to the price you paid for that product.
6. Accounts
Keep your sign-in details private. We may suspend an account that is used to break these terms.
7. Personal use
The site is for personal shopping. Do not copy our photographs, text, or certificates for resale, and do not scrape the catalogue, without written permission.
8. Acceptable use
- Do not post unlawful, abusive, or misleading content.
- Do not upload harmful software or try to disrupt the site.
- Do not impersonate another person or misuse someone else's account.
9. Other websites
Links to other sites are outside our control. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
10. Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Jammu have jurisdiction.
