Orders: shipping name, address, phone, the products you buy, and the amount payable in Indian Rupees (INR).
Messages: details you send through the contact form.
Session cookie: keeps your sign-in and cart active while you use the site.
Currency cookie: if you choose a display currency other than INR, we store that choice in a cookie named theva_currency so prices stay in that currency until you change it.

How we use it

To process and deliver orders, reply to enquiries, and run your account.
To show catalogue prices in the currency you selected. Those figures are approximate, for browsing only. The amount at checkout, and any payment, is in INR.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information.
We do not store full card numbers or UPI credentials on this website.

When we share information

We share what a courier or payment partner needs to deliver the order or take payment, and we disclose information when the law requires it. We do not share reports, consultations, or your messages for marketing by other businesses.

How long we keep it

Order and account records are kept for as long as we need them to complete the order, handle a return, and meet accounting or legal duties.

Your choices

You can switch the display currency back to INR at any time. You can ask us to correct account details, or to close an account that has no open order, by emailing thevaJewellers@gmail.com.
